Well not really, I don't know if you watched Luerois leaf green walkthrough but his highest level at elite 4 was 43 so you are already that strong & you not even passed the victory road where you will get some more level ups. ^^ And this is a regular pokemon game after all, so it's not that hard compared to some great hacks out there. Also I think you look out for a little challenge aren't you? :3

you can learn charizard wing attack, and then you can defeat them in one hit
