I have a friend who can do this and I've seen it close up and I still can't figure out how in the hell HE does it. But this one does seem a bit predictable.

And I can see where some people would say that the orb is smaller than the bubble, but I imagine a bit of air would escape after you put pressure on it with your fingers. LOL
