Hi! Yes, the parcel shelf comes off in the CRV (in fact, I never use it anymore - I just leave it off) - however I was worried about the actually length of the stroller to fit in across the width of the car. There were some double strollers out there, the Chicco Together is one that we looked at, that were so long when they were folded down - I didn't think they would fit across the width of the CRV laying flat or possibly at all!

Happily the B-Ready fits in my CRV just great!

@strollertwinbaby maybe but it if you have a a 2 year old and 6 month old or a 18 month old and new born this is very usefull!

We have this in ausy but we call it the Strider plus with dubble seat and it is gr8 if i have a another bub i will b getting it and it is steelcraft brand

Thanks for the review!  Do you know how many inches it is across when folded to fit in your trunk area? I'm trying to find a double stroller that will fit in the back area of my CRV, and this seems like it might be shorter than some other options on the market. (So better chance of it fitting.) Also, do you put the infant in the lower seat and toddler in the top seat?

Wouldn't the second seat irritate the kid from the back? Like not seeing some views of the surrounding.
