Yes, all over the world people get drunk and screw, and do things that aren't safe, even though you don't. No one is implying that circumcision means you can have unprotected sex. It is not an "either or" situation. It reduces the risk.It has to do with the concept of percentages, which appears to still elude you.The article I pulled up from the 2007 Journal of medical ethics 33:357-361 sides with me. What specific article were you referring to? NO one is telling circumcised men they are immune!

Are you implying that these poor African villagers are so backward that they cannot be educated on how to avoid HIV and other STD? Are you implying that they cannot be trusted to control their uncontrollable sexual urges?

I did not lied about Africa. The British Medical Journal have dismissed circumcision as a preventive procedure to HIV as a myth.

    A dangerous one at that.

Think about those poor orphaned children when their father contract HIV because he thought he can have sex unprotected.

You don't understand percentages or human nature. In africa one village had a high rate of HIV transmission the other very low.The village with the high rate of transmission didn't practice circumcision. The village with the low rate of transmission traditionally practiced circumcision(all men were circumcised at puberty). You have flat out lied about the studies in Africa. You have a computer and still don't understand. How do you expect villagers in remote areas to comprehend the same information?

What you are proposing is what leads to the HIV epidemic in the US and Africa: misinformation and unsafe sexual practices. Regardless of the state of your penis, you should not have unprotected sex unless you and your partner are not HIV positive. Otherwise, abstain if condoms are not available.

As for Africa, those studies are done during the time the newly circumcised men refrained from sex while they recover. Of course rates dropped.

Based on what information? You have cited ZERO facts. It did work in Africa. That's what led to the research. You are beyond simple minded. You are flat out stupid.

And if circumcision have helped, as you insisted, the US wouldn't have a high infection rate as opposed to Europe.

Condoms are not 100% safe, but unprotected sex is far more dangerous, and this is how the epidemic started in the U.S: unprotected sex and ignorance.

And thus the HIV epidemic in Africa (which I am assuming you are referring to), will continue unabated.

Didn't work in America. And will not in Africa.

Circumcision is a one time 10 min. procedure. A free lifetime supply of readily available fresh condoms is not always possible. Everyone should use every means of protection available to them. Condoms are not 100% safe either. The Epidemic started in the US when no one new what it was or how it was transmitted. HIV has a long incubation period so people had it for years passing it on to many partners before becoming symptomatic. There wasn't always a test for HIV.

In other words, it is better to donate man hours and other medical resources to cut their genitals and to provide for their recovery period, but not condoms.

    Let me ask you this.

Which group is going to higher infection rate:

    Intact men who use protection.

    Circumcised men who do not.

So are you saying that circumcised men are able to have unprotected sex?

This is how the epidemic started in the US.

    Circumcision do not stop HIV.

Again we are talking percentages which you obviously don't understand. So,just like you fail to grasp the basics of this discourse, others can't grasp the concept of safe sex. They have superstitious religious beliefs that they refuse to give up.They can't afford condoms or have none available.

After your last vile comment, you now ask stupid questions? They don't have access to condoms. Again! Circumcised me n are less likely to contract aids. Do you understand percentages? Education and human behavior are two different things.
