When all his attempts fail to get the darsan of lord Siva, Ravan resorts to this playing of veena by tearing apart his belly and pulling out his intestines holding and making the entrails as the strings of veena and turning his body itself as veena. It is said that Lord Siva loves music played on veena which pleases him immensely. Even the Trisula held by Nandi trembles at this naada. and .. the Lord descends from the mount Kailas and blesses Ravan.

I dont think we dont have to feel that we are lucky that we are from the era of NTR. He was just a human who was a good actor. He was just like us. We can see how casteist he was...which divided the society based on castes... bloody rascal
