and more important to say that is western colonialism...We all know the western worlds track record. And China's Track record has been so much better world wide. They come in friendship and partnership, not in superiority... even if it appears they are. I would rather do business with them then westerner who have been artificially holding Africa down by minimizing the amount of trade they do with them. The Chinese threat to America Just go a lot bigger to include China, Brazil, and SubSahar

Its fuuny that while the US has been busy trashing the middle east for the last few years, a million Chinese have gone to live in Africa, to run businesses. Could it be that communist China has exported capitalism to Africa in a way that us capitalists in the west have failed to do?? Such irony!
What does this stupid brainwashed young guy mean when he uttered the word "colonism"? He shoudl go back to check history and then he will know that his ancesters were real colonists! China needs natural resources, yes, but they also helps Africa's economic development. China does not bring opium and guns to force others to do business with them. Africa is still poor after several old colonist west nations have been in Africa for over 500 years. How can these hypocrits talk about human rights?

@russiangymfan Well said. When Western nations talk about human rights, I feel like puking. People in the West should research "The Century of Humiliation", "Opium Wars", and especially the "Unequal Treaties". The Chinese go to Africa to do business, trade, and purchase resources. How can that be colonialism? In the past Europeans invade, plunder, rape, and enslave. Now that's colonialism!
