Unfolding

A silent film using the technology of Second Life to make images, which are then edited and put together to make a film. It is a mix of rudimentary technology, and absurdly cheap, making it possible for me (or anyone) to produce such a thing. It is slightly better than video blogs :P. The plot is based upon an actual and current running storyline in Second Life, based mainly in Virtue City (Loch Newchurch's SOAP sim, soon to be Missing Mile again) and the Toreador Clan House in the City of Gods (Thorne Maximus's sim at the moment, CCS dark city combat etc). There is a brief interlude in a graveyard in some random sim as well. It tells the story of Sakura Rosetta, a street medic originally from Saijo City, who heads Virtue City Memorial Hospital in Virtue City. Having lost everything, she decides to gamble on immortality. It is also a story of her long-time friend Tyrus Olbers from the Bleeding Rose Toreador Clan, who had made her the offer of eternity years before. Perhaps it is your own story of becoming something else, of the metamorphosis you engaged in when you walked the path from caterpillar to winged butterfly. Or perhaps you will just like the music. I do not deign to own any of the music here, nor do I wish to say I do or make a profit in any way.
