@stephanielynnewoolf There's more than one form of swing dancing. This is West Coast Swing which is a modern form of swing dancing that's danced to pop music. If you're looking for traditional swing dancing, then look up Lindy Hop.

This is amazing! I like how the guy is flashy and sexy too instead of just showing off the girl the whole time. I like watching the guys, but not if they're always "hiding" behind their more flashy partner.

this is so not swing dancing...however the part where she slides down him while curled up lol that the part where they alternate cart wheels was pretty cool :D
This isn't swing dancing what so ever this is like figure skating on feet.

@noonedude101 East Coast Swing isn't true swing. It was created by ballroom associations to compete with Lindy Hop, the original swing dance created in Harlem, which white ballroom dancers thought was too risque. The dance being done in this video is "West Coast Swing" which is a modern form of Lindy Hop. The danced was developed on the west coast by dancers who kept dancing as music changed from swing, to rock n' roll, to rhythm and blues, to disco, to pop music, which explains the style.
