You can do this at our DZ in Bridgewater Australia every weekend. Tandem, wingsuit freefly or whatever u want. Just costs more.

These guys do a great job. Little pricey for free jumpers but great place.

I jumped at 12000 feet last thursday in Canada, it was my first jump :D

I think you mean hypoxia. I've jumped at 17k before without oxygen. You're only above 15 for a couple of minutes.

a tandem at 18,000 feet you would probably use oxygen masks or suffer the effects of hypoxy, special forces use oxygen at 20,000 and higher
