This is a shout out to the voice actor of bothe the Master of Stray Sheep and Charles zi Britannia, from Code Geass, Norio Wakamoto. Since Michael McConnohie and Norio Wakamoto both voice Charles zi Britannia.

@MysteryEzekude Yeah, I really want Michael McConnohie to play the Master now. Oh, Troy Baker plays Schneizel el Britannia in Code Geass as well. So it might be a reunion for them. Also in process of making Troy Baker/Vincent vid.

This is perfect! I think McConnohie perfectly matches Norio Wakamoto's original impression. I also find this another hilarious coincidence that both actors play the same character in two seperate series like with Vincent.
