Joe Cell Pulsing Water in the center

I was working with my SS Tube Joe Cell Design, charging water for about the 3rd night when I noticed the water in the center of the NEG tube starting to pulse

The cell in this video has been charged on and off for a few days - following the NEG first rule but honestly I didn't track the minutes or hours for charging. I kept the same water however. Electrolite was being used, about 1/2 tsps in that large jar you see. The water was straight distilled from the jug at Wal-mart.

Water is 2 parts H and 1 part O. The H is being produced at the neg. poled plate and the O is being produced at the pos. poled plate. Being a 2 to 1 in production and the shape and constrution of the electrolyser, the H is building up from the center, first causing it to bulge upwards from the increased production and then being relieved of the pressure because water like electricity is lazy and seeks to find its lowest point and eventually evens out

@foxnad Try using Natural Spring Water or water from the start of a creek. The reason i say that is because the more life energy (in other words, orgone energy) in the water the better it will work.

You could try using purified water but if you're gonna go that route make sure you charge it with Orgonite.
