this is a quick warm up that burns alot calories , we actually did this for about 10mins. For my next dvd ill be showing you how to utilize this item , a 40 pound plate and this work out puts body builders to shame this is for raw muscle , strength , endurance , stamina , grip , tendon strength , MMA-Conditiong , in other words this gets you really cut and strong.
