hello :) I can get into this position but am not strong enough to move from that point. Which muscles would I need to build in order to do this? Thank you! and thank you for the videos! They're very helpful =]

alot of it is in ur legs, when u push out u have to kinda lift ur butt with ur legs in that squatting position.. but also help urself along with ur hands/arms so not so much weight is on ur legs trying to pull
