Super nice guy at reception of Enviro-Can but no real contact with an aware civil servant yet. They should realize it freaks out more people that have seen/documented it happening by not monitoring it or explaining it. This after a certain point adds to hysteria and then that makes them/enviro canada complicit to causing folks to worry. Canadians own that agency last I heard, you see we are all very wealthy it's just the keys to success only go out to the highest bidders, the rest get debt and feel wealthy. I wanted to see if the high paid university civil workers had any thoughts on cloud seeding in Canadian airspace, what I got was a refferal to the commercial Weather network channel. If it is just sodium chloride & or calcium chloride basically sea salt & calcium those in charge of our enviroment should be able to allay some of the more ominous public impressions of this spraying stuff.
They told me to check weather channel, is it Taboo or are the guys and gals there too busy to look outside?
Quality of audio is as bad as their answers unfortunatly. They work for you and if this is occuring they owe it to warn us so kids are not breathing it when it falls with rain.
