On December 21st, 1918, French-Canadian soldiers in the 259th Battalion of the Canadian Expeditionary Force (Siberia) mutinied in downtown Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Ninety-three years later, a group of citizens gathered to demand their pardon and an apology for their families.
