This video is suppose to have somewhat of a story.
Its meant to confuse you, at the beginning it's suppose to make you think she's talking about tommy, and then you realize shes actually talking about the one thing that has been there with her since the beginning, her guitar.

Yep!
And now that I think about it, this song can be great closure for the last episode.
To remind us that music always comes first for Jude, and as much as it pains me to say it.
She made the right choice.
