Beating depression is possible by getting an evaluation for medication, by relying on friends and support groups and by combating negative thoughts with positive ones. • Moron. And what in the name of fuck is wrong with your eyelids?

  • but if there's no reason for the depression, then you can't really put it on a list like if you have lost a loved one. There's nothing to write :S

  • 'self-help'? and in the first sentence, go to the doctor..... thanks

  • I told some time ago a friend about my problem he ignored me or didnt hear ,so i said it again,he didnt say a word as if i had spoke nothing :( Told another person online they just walked away in a sense.I just need a friend.I no longer talk about or would dare to tell my few of friends for the reason of the same outcome I already kno wut theyd do,I never wanted this,no one likes me,I am the anti social insect the world made me.

  • Depression spells are available. Talk to merujhaspell on face book

  • No one cares. I guess I'm screwed.

  • If I would give any advice to people out there it would be this. Between the age of 11 and 18 try your hardest, no matter what, to socialize to the fullest extent that you can. If you become isolated, and introverted in those years, and don't achieve any life experience once you fall into deep and dark depression from 18 into adulthood you will feel you have nothing to draw upon to give you strength. It's hardest for people who are totally alone to beat depression, so try your best in your youth

First of all, you should stop putting negative energy out into the world. Getting angry won't help you at all, and doesn't really bother or hurt me whatsoever. I've also suffered from depression, but it's not an excuse to speak to people like that. Try being nicer to people. It might help :)
