The NATO and Coalition forces are hopeless. They have the benefit of 30 years extra technological advancement and the ability to analysis the Soviet experience yet they still cant beat the Taliban and others who are still armed with the same AKs, RPGs and IEDs. Even worse, the Afghans arent being supplied the weaponry like they were when fighting the Soviets nor do they have as many fighters as back then. In a documentary even a Talib said the Soviets were better and tougher.
