  • Heavy Weather Management , with a skipper that lets crew on deck in those conditions with no harness. One word , Idiots!!!!

  • No lifelines and not even a lifejacket while ondeck trying to reef in 50+ knot wind. Man Overboard here means Man Dead. Inexperienced crew without common language. And aren't you supposed to reef BEFORE the storm hits? This guy is a fool.

  • Sorry guys i have been in 50knots of wind and for sure doesn't look like that...no water on deck crew coils ropes with no harness waves not higher than 2 meter to me could be 30kn max...

  • Gay.

  • Chuck Norris easily navigates these waters in a 14ft. aluminum jon boat.

  • Plonker - don't bother with his five hours of how not to sail DVD's. Probably how to kill yourself in one easy lesson.

  • Far far from force 10 yes the camera reduces the height and severity but no-one's standing on deck at force 6.

  • Totally agree with previous post.

Reef before hit by weather, comunication between crew of most importance, most of all if the crew is unexperienced, always wear safety guear.

The previous post sumarize it pretty well

The guy is a idiot, and he pretends to be teaching other fools!!!

  • Agree! Norwegian sailer !

  • "Very high waves with overhanging crests. Large patches of foam from wave crests give the sea a white appearance. Considerable tumbling of waves with heavy impact. Large amounts of airborne spray reduce visibility." Not what we see in this video - Been there.

  • Where's the force 10? Everyone would be down below in force 10, praying to God that they'll come out alive. They'll not be lingering, unclipped, on the deck. What a farce!
