@Chris08160 it's a cover of the smiths written by morrisey
Reporter: Did you hear t.A.T.u.'s version of "How Soon Is Now?"
Morissey: Yes, it was magnificent. Absolutely. Again, I don't know much about them.
Reporter: They are teenage Russian lesbians.
Morissey: Well, aren't we all?

Greetings from the UK, this is one of my favourite songs ever and this is an awesome cover, I love the guitars and the soft childlike vocals!
-
Good that they're doing a testament to the smiths.
Bad that they can't hold a candle to Morrisey... sorry.
-
I love this shout out to The Smiths.....but The Smiths is always great! I don't really like the vocals in it at all.
-
I prefer this version to the original not because they are "lesbian" but because their voice is more delicate than that of Smith. And what they says the version of Smith is hard has to find... You are no useless which not look, because when we write "The smith How soon is now" on Youtube search we find the original. Stopped coming to rot the videos that someone likes !
(Sorry I'm french so my english is not good)

@Onijitsu Completely agree with you, by the way this version REALLY SUCKS!!!!!! They have all this attention because are lebians not because they are good singers at all.
-
COULD SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY the original video is hard to find? any specific reason? thank you much.....

@bigroy1019 Being homosexual is a sexual orientation. And, in many circles ALSO an ideology to be "defended" vociferously, even if someone doesn't disagree with it in any particular way. I think this is the part which annoys me about the approach of some GBLTs towards those who do not share their interests. "I'm gonna shout out my orientation, and if you don't shout 'GO YOU!' you're homophobic and a hater!"
I thought being homosexual was a sexual orientation, not an ideology?
Anyway, I think the idea was that they never planned this lesbian thing, they only really made one song about it and people liked it so much they decided to capitalize on some horny Russian men.
Also, 'stolen' music? more like bought? if The Smiths didn't want a cover made they could just refuse it, of course, then they don't get extra royalties now do they?

Funny how argumentative people can get. I like this version better than the original but that doesn't mean I'm right and others are wrong. Everyone's allowed an opinion! Just because the Smiths are as exciting to listen to as riding around inside Eeyore's bottom doesn't make them bad.
