I always get palpitations and adrenaline feelings and get a little hyper and jumpy, am sensitive to smells, sounds, and sights, have headaches, bloating, water retention, and muscle aches and muscle spasms due to the water retention. And I seem to be more exhausted and have more muscular tension as well. Sigh... Yuck. No fun at all.
