Hahaha love the way he presents the piece slowly and then plays it fast
Although he sounds amazing on a Kappi, I believe he sounds way better on a Kuchi :)

His mridangam of choice is always a kappi, although he uses kuchi just as much. I'd assume the preference is influenced by his guru, Guru Shri Kaaraikudi R. Mani.

Since when did Vaidyanathan switch to a kappi mridangam? Sounds nice (as it did before)
