http://www.RawLIfeHealthShow.com Today we have a very special guest, the web doctor, Dr. Mercola. I had about 10 minutes to get as many questions as I could with him. His answers were excellent. Enjoy!
@Rawlee1 I dunno. Maybe we are used to scavenging fruit, etc and we ended up getting used to a variety? Thats all I can think of, lol. Im not too worried about it, tho.
I am just curious why humans tend to be the only animal that have individual nutritional needs. It seems that all other animals within a group eat the same type of foods i.e. horses eat grass, monkeys fruit, lions meat and so on...
Paul interviewed Jay Kordich in January 2010. It is episode #176 from the Raw Life Health Show or do a search with Paul Nison and Jay Kordich and you will find it on you tube.
@ScoutFX In 1948, Kordich contracted bladder cancer at twenty-four. A football star at University of Southern California, Kordich travelled across the United States to New York City to be treated by Dr. Max Gerson, who prescribed an all-juice diet. As a result, Jay’s life took a drastic turn for the better within only three months. In his tapes, he mentioned the juicing was apple and carrot together.
Also, Jay Kordich (Juiceman/Juicedaddy) has been a vegan for a long time. He says about B12 is that the body needs very little B12. I don't know where he gets his B12 from. He says he cured his bladder cancer by juicing carrots and apples. He was diagnosed with bladder cancer and he cured himself, that was when he was a young man. I wish people would interview him. He is old and healthy and a vegan!!!
Bible says moderation in all things. My doctor says if you eat meat, it should be no bigger than a size of a deck of cards. I've heards that eating meat is difficult on the body, especially on the kidneys, they can be damaged. If you are a diabetic or a pre-diabetic, kidney damage is a big problem... I've heard that it takes 12 hours for the body to digest a meal. I like the idea of not eating during the night time. As one doctor said, eat less and you will lose weight, dah...

I have been following Dr Mercola for years always great information. Can't agree with the blindness issue though.
Thanks
