Damn this makes me want to go and play FFIX again. One of the more underrated games in the series IMO.

In my mind the ending of ffix disc3 is the most epic thing in games I know. This is maybe poor visually, but big plot twist where main character finds out unpleasant meaning for his existence plus that church organ...

This was one of my favourite scenes in the game, the dark side to ff9

I bet no one knows what Pandemonium is a reference to.

I hope it's a reference to the game Pandemonium!
If not it probably has something to do with the earlier FF this was to be a tribute for.

Yes, it's a reference to FFII's endzone, but it's also a referemce to something else in literature, can you guess?

I'd guess it bears relevance to the change in culture of the characters within the book.

Actually I was thinking of Pandæmonium (Latin for "all demons"), the Capitol of Hell in John Milton's Paradise Lost.

That would make particular sense.
I was thinking about;
The story of their escape to a land of freedom was wrought with circumstances going wrong - and yet it all worked out in the end. Resettling in a place where they must learn new customs, new languages and find employment to support their small family was no easy task for Edita and her husband. Through poverty and displacement, the family struggled to find their dreams and learn how to deal with this new idea - the freedom to make choices.
