Most people don't take this seriously, but I agree that the crucifix is a depressing image. I'm not saying that we should switch it to Buddy Christ or anything like that, but remembering Jesus as someone who died on a cross is just wrong. Can't they at least change the crucifix to something like Jesus doing miracles or resurrecting or at least not dying? We're supposed to remember that he resurrected, not that he died. Kevin Smith got it right, in his own weird way.
