@trovio62 cuz the song is in catalan, and Andorra's got few neighbors, only Spain and France... is the same than Spain, only presenting songs in spanish and having few countries close to it is very dificult to win..
but i prefer that each country sing in his language, not all in english, nowadays if u don't sing in english is a bit complicate to win Eurovisión...
