This is a video made by Jennifer Hossli (Jenn Hossli) of a trip her friends took her on because they thought she was dying of cancer. She made this beautiful video to thank her friends for caring for her and to be shown at her funeral after she died.

She did not die. She did not have cancer. Nope. She took $40,000 from her friends and colleagues. The people in this video were central in caring for her and raising money to fund her "treatment".

We have posted this video in a effort to keep her from doing this to people in the future.

She is now married, under the married name of Jenn Rudner.

  • To all who say- couldn't they tell her hair was coming in?! Yes. We could tell. She told us it was coming back in since chemo had stopped, as treatment stopped since she was dying. Accordingly, the hair didn't trigger our suspicions. That, as well as the fact that we were all kind enough people that we weren't exactly on the look out for cancer fakers!

  • This goes beyond greed and selfishness. How can someone play games with others people hearts and minds.......She had no idea what "real" cancer does to family and friends.I would just say.........what a bitch!

  • Sadly, two people within our department ended up (truly) having cancer. Every now and then I hear of more stories of people who do this and often repeat the crime. We try to keep an eye on her whereabouts to ensure that other people are not also fooled.

  • how did u find out she didnt have it?

  • We called the hospital to see what kinds of things we could do to help her, and they told us she was not a patient where she said she was being treated.

  • lmao.. she even shaved her head in an effort to make it more believable? Thats so sick... What a sad sad individual she is.

  • And we ended up shaving our heads in support! Goodness, we were fooled!

  • It's so nice to know that I am not alone. I just figured out that my wife of 15 years has been faking cancer for the past 2 years. I share your pain in feeling decieved by someone you thought you knew so well. Thanks for posting. I am just now starting the healing process of getting over the deception I've seen in my own life.

  • I was just diagnosed with stage 3c ovarian cancer and to see this woman doing wht she did while ppl who really have cancer are fighting for their lives...It's very sad.

  • I am 10 years old and am battling lymphoma and leukemia and this is true, people really do suck who fake cancer

  • I was pretty good friends with a girl who faked cancer. She was quite pretty and had a good amount of friends; I have no idea why she did it. But I think she's a terrible person for it.

  • I know how you feel..The wife of a family member has been pretending that she has cancer for the last 3 years..she said she has breast, uterine and a cancerous tumor on her spine. She doesn't have a port and refuses to let anyone take her to her chemo and radiation treatments. She claims that she has been receiving these non stop for 3 years. She wears a wrap on her head and I noticed that her hair was growing back in and the following weekend she must have shaved it because the new growth was

  • My sister just found out that one of her best friends, who was supposedly dying of a brain tumor, is not sick at all. This girl has taken gifts, money, and trips from people. She has a scholarship in her honor at her alma mater. Just last week she had friends cleaning up for her in the bathroom while she was on her period. It is a devastating thing for a caring friend to discover, and I am sorry this person did this to you who posted the video.

  • Im not saying she is right or that what she did was OK but she probably needed attention and was lonely. I feel sorry fro her. She is kind of on the heavy side and probably was never socially accepted.

  • Wow. She has no hair but miraculously still has her eyebrows and eyelashes and is overweight. I would have spotted it a mile away. My 8 year old had cancer when he was 5. He knows more about humanity than this girl will ever think of having in her little finger.

  • What a cunt.
