did you find out if it was the color wheel? I thought it was the large fan that cools the bulb. I am hesitant to buy a new color wheel if there is nothing wrong with it.

Thanks for taping this. Mine is making the exact same noise and I thought it was the color wheel but some YouTube submissions were saying it was the fan. I will get a new color wheel. Your video helped me cut to the chase. Thanks for taking the time to tape your problem, it makes it easier for all of us.

i was about today it's your colour wheel but i just noticed your reply lol. anyways you should take the back panel off and clean all the dust out helps keep it cool and short free. if you remove the two access panels from the side of the box you can clean the lens.
