very nice, and timing is good for the initial pull. i would keep my arms straight (locked) and let the legs/hips do most of the work instead of the back (lats and rhumboids). just a thought.
@mrbushpilot tightening the lats, pulling with bent arms, shrugging early all do the same thing, the bring the bar higher on the hips at the contact point.
