I have not found an official site when I recently searched. Great stuff. Also, I think you're from Univ of Utah, but having more clarity on the source of the information would be valuable.

Loved the video. It was very helpful. But I have one question. At the end of your vesting period, if your share's value has gone down, are you obligated to purchase the shares and sell them for less? In other words, is it a risk to accept employee stock options, or do you simply not choose to exercise the shares if they failed to increase in value?
