Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar will be hosting and judging Masterchef India, a culinary show on television.
Akshay will be judging the show along with chefs Kunal Kapoor and Ajay Chopra. The show will have 12 contestants, competing for the title of Masterchef India, which will involve actual cooking.
The show will be telecast twice-a-week on Star Plus from October 16, the actor told reporters here this evening.
Master Chef India premieres on October 16 at 9pm on Star Plus.
