First of all. Your IS isn't in the same class. Secondly, you do get more than OK. There's way more options for this car than there is for your IS. I can guarantee you that.

I used to have an 02 Lexus IS300, it was alright, I've driven the new IS250s, Is350s, even the IS-F as a potential other car, then I drove the XF, it's far superior in every way shape and form. I've never been much of a Jaguar guy, but the XF has changed my views, they have really stepped up their game lately.

megaswenson how could you possibly compare your IS to a Jag XF? i mean really, cmon. does your IS have a double stitched leather dashboard? Does it have quality wood and aluminum? a standard V8 which gets very respectable fuel economy? Plus your rear headroom/legroom is terrible. even Jags have better rear seat comfort than that. also, do you really think your IS is better looking than the XK/Aston Martin design from Ian Callum? have fun with your plastic interior and not-so-great fuel economy.

Aside from costing $23,000.000 more, and getting slightly worse mileage, I see little difference between this and my Lexus IS. Oh, and the Lexus doesn't make obnoxious growling noises when I hit the gas. The two cars look alike, and even have the same stupid paddles for gear shifting in 'sport mode'....like I'd ever use such an absurd feature.

The Lexus is OK for 33,000, but a $55,000 car should be a lot more than just OK.

The Jaguar XF has a clean and presentful interior. Air vents open up electronically. So does the shift knob. Something all cars should see as a feature to put in their cars. Jaguar engines will last you a long time. Lighting in the XF is smooth blue. It has blind spot warning on the side view mirror. Push start button. A fit navigational screen and electrictronic glove compartment. It has big and smooth leather seats. New exterior design. And it is a solid car.
