Sorry for the crapy part one. I am so horrible at First Episodes and Part 1's but once I get into like part 3-4 thats when everything will become instresting.And yes Miley is telling the story. :)
And I made her chacrter so freaking jealous so this movie with have tons of cat fights with Miley ;) that'll be fun. And so far you have only met Taylor,Kevin&Miley. Next part you'll meet Demi,Joe&Nick and little bit Vanessa.And sorry its short.
