  • @wildchildGil These are just 20 lbs... of course you can go heavier. I think the db row / push-up is more challenging so it might be good to have two sets of db one wt for that and a heavier set for the fly. all depends on you level. Everyone is unique.

  • that on the floor dumbell fly works pretty good if u dont have a bench like me,what i do is get a blanket or two and fold them up and pad them under me kind of about the same shape as a bench it works ok
