www.drsophiayin.com presents two Jack Russell Terriers playing tug. These dogs both have a high arousal level so it's essential that they have an "on-off" switch. If their play becomes too aroused, then they could get into a fight. I don't generally let them play tug with eachother much because even the medium-level arousal causes them to be more competitive/aggressive around eachother and aroused during the day (more likely to bark at sounds coming from outside the house.. etc).
