Sarah has been interested in health since she was a child and is fascinated by the healing power of the human body. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Health Science degree at the University of Western Ontario and then attended the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She was involved in school as a class representative and also was awarded two academic excellence awards.

During Sarahs year long internship she treated patients on the Cancer Care specialty shift. She also worked downtown at Queen West Community Health Centre. After graduation she embarked on the trip of a lifetime and travelled to Kenya, volunteering with The Foundation for Integrated Medicine in Africa (FIMAFRICA). She was humbled by the experience which gave her a new perspective of life.
