DAEHYUN's SLITTER LINE for Heavy Gauges is used to produce the main materials for Piping and Forming operation.
DOUBLE CONE TYPE UNCOILER has three steps for the efficient loading of the coils of which the inside diameter is 508mm, 610mm, 762mm. Since the head of heavy gauge coils is poor, CROP SHEAR cuts off the poor coil head and feeds the coil into Slitter Stand. Adjust Separator and Bridle Roll, and start rewinding.
It is very important to minimize Camber tolerance in heavy guage coils. DAEHYUN manufactures Slitter arbor and knives precisely to minimize Camber tolerance, then does test-run and inspection sufficiently before shipment. Two sets of SCRAP WINDER remove the scraps.
DAEHYUN's Slitter Line for heavy gauge can be operated at the maximum line speed of 200M/min and DAEHYUN designs and manufactures Slitter Stand for 12.7mm and 16mm thickness coils. RECOILER is designed and manufactured not to cause Reel Mark inside the coils, and SEPARATOR is installed to reduce SKELP TELESCOPE while rewinding.
With the Spare Slitter Stand to set the knives for the next operation, the users improve the productivity and save operation time by adjusting the knives on Spare Slitter Stand.
