@kingfish4242 actually scratch that. According to the wiki, M-80' are still given by the Feds to farmers trying to scare vermin away from their crops and livestock. Those farmers still need to acquire a license though. These kids most likely have a relative that owns a farm and this is their private pond. It's still illegal to use those in this manner however.

1 hours later ar qwe finish yet with the dinamite fishing? no we need atlease 1000000 fish more
-
@MrGeforcerFX That's true and I highly doubt they have a federal explosives license as well. even with that it isn't easy to find. Mining and demolition companies use the more modern gel and plastic explosives now. They're easier to handle and are far less toxic than dynamite. The stuff they used is more than likely homemade from fertilizer.

A very efficient way of fishing I guess; explosives are always fun though and i have to say I laughed as well

WOW........ next time you should each put one your azz. now that would be funny

@kingfish4242 depends on what land your on, what county, of what state, so on and so fourth, but it is usually illegal ot have explosives anywhere on state or federal land, so they could get hit with that.

The sad thing about this is that a lot of them don't actually die but get paralyzed by the shock. They pretty much choke to death because they can't get enough oxygen.

Don't get caught. My Brother in Law is a Game Warden and told me it's a 2500.00 fine and up to a year in prison in our jurisdiction. Not only is this illegal, it destroys delicate ecosystems and poisons the surrounding environment. It's also stupid to upload this video on youtube. You better hope the wrong person doesn't see it.
