Frank West - 9 Shopping Carts, 77.4 Billion Damage

Man this was insanely frustrating to do, but I found out in this combo that after a blue shopping cart connects, you don't need to use LM to get another launch. So, I took out some hits, less scaling, more carts, more damage!

I THINK you might be able to get more damage by starting with Dead Rising instead, but I'm not too good at starting the loop off of that yet, nor am I sure if you will have enough meter to do that. This combo already consumes 6 bars.
