I own the same guitar that early was a Cort Parkwood PW 310R. It was built in 2005 in Korea and I can ensure everybody its woods are fantastic and the building too. Just a few years later it sounds better again like great guitars. The oldest the best.

I have a Parkwood. $500 acoustic, and I got it for $270. Damn was I thrilled when I found out it was $270. I compared it to several cheaper Martins and Taylors when I bought it, and came to the conclusion that the Parkwood was the best bang for the buck. It's a great instrument. If you're in the market for an acoustic guitar then don't pass up Parkwood. Go try one out.

I bought a PW510 when they first came out and haven't regretted it one bit. I had the sales rep at GC play a similiar looking Taylor withe same wood and tuners...but...ahem...at 4 times the price.....then I had him play the same chords and melody. I couldn't tell the difference. I tried playing both...and they both felt good, low action..and easy to play. So...it didn't take my bank account or my ear long to decide on the Parkwood. To me...it's all about the tone and playability.

Thank you for this very serious presentation!

what tuning is this guy in? DADGAD?

This guitars are great. Tried them out a couple of times: all SOLID mahogany sides, not laminate. Nice satin finish to let the guitar resonate and a KILLER neck.

I think its cuz hes playing on really low gauge strings, but i get what you mean, it doesnt seem to have like a rich deep tone. Ik the necks are supposed to be amazing, Greg Howe uses them a lot and they sound great so idk.

I've tried this guitar and it is awesome. Overlooked guitar, great buy for a sly person!
What is with the too big comments? Its a dreadnought probably the most common acoustic guitar shape?
