@TheWalshCode Nah, it's covered under fair use...A clear critique of theirs and the MPAA's poor judgement creating a G rated movie. I'm glad that you mentioned the 7th/8th commandment not to steal. I agree with the 10 commandments and appreciate your mentioning them because it gives me a chance to reflect on how I'm doing. So thanks! In making this, I haven't stolen anything by displaying this edit of Herbie.

If you wish to criticize the MPAA's definition of what qualifies as a G-Rated film, you should mention that. MPAA.org states that "Some snippets of language may go beyond polite conversation but they are common everyday expressions. No stronger words are present in G-rated motion pictures." There is no detailed criticism of this in your video, and as such the film is used out of context. Since "G-RATED?!?" not describe detailed criticism, I'm afraid it does not apply under "fair use."
