The flaw of E-verify is that if the illegal has a fake ID that has the real name and matching SSN of a US Citizen, then they pass.

Every place you apply for work, you give out personal information that can be collected and sold.

What needs changing is the parts of 8 USCode 1401that says, a child born to an illegal alien in the US is a US citizen.

The law shouls say "A child born to two non- US Citizens, in the USA, is not a US citizen, but inherits the nationality of the parents.

We need parent's nationality on state birth certificates.
