    You missed the whole point of the episode. Cartman is the stereotype, however if you watch the episode, you'll see that it portrays the drivers and fans as being intelligent. Not all fans are this way. You could use this stereotype for any sports fan. Hockey, Football, Baseball, the lot...There is always "that guy".
