@Johnnybomb1 What about old professional Trinitron? I see them on Craislist every one in a while.

@Morahman7vnNo2 It's hard to find CRTs that support component video now days.I still have a CRT that supports s-video but, I can't find a later generation CRT that has component video.

I love CRTs, and this is is the only video I've found comparing SVHS Video to Component.

I've rewatched the video several times and I can't quite find the answer I'm looking for, I've got the same lead as you, in that "some super nintendos work with SCART" from what I know that's PAL models, I think you said that your model only output the composite signal over SCART, but you're clearly using RGB in the comparison, if you could just further explain this to me that'd be great.
It's been about a year since I first watched theses videos, and you're really making me want to go RGB.

@Indead I was saying that my first SNES I used seemed to only output a bright composite signal. But all other SNES I used worked. SNES has a great RGB signal. First are you using a american NTSC console? If so then use the scart cable from Play Asia to draw the RGB from the SNES and plug the end of that to a video transcoder such as the CSY 2100 or other. Then use component from the transcoder to the TV. Red, green, and Blue. My video is showing RGB to Component conversion.

@phonedork First of all, thanks for the quick reply, yes I am using a NTSC SNES for the US and Canada, a "SNS-001", I'll be sure to grab one of those cables you mentioned off play-asia, especially at $3.99.
I've also now looked into getting SCART cables for my Genesis model 1, and possibly my Saturn, I'll certainly get a set for a 32X whenever I end up getting one of those.
Now I just have to find a nice deal on a converter like yours for about 10 pounds.

@Indead The 32X has a model 2 scart input. So I would get a model 2 scart cable. Then you hook .... Model 1 ---> 32X mini cable--> 32X---> out from 32X on model 2 scart cable--> Splitter to get stereo sound--> Scart to scart cable -->to CSY 2100 or the CVS version I seen on Ebay for 49.99 (Works just as good and cheaper)--> component cable--> to TV. You can see my other videos showing what I do with the splitter. I connect My sega, SNES, Saturn, and NeoGeo
