LInda, you are an amazing cook! This (as do all your vids) looks absolutely delicious. And your outdoor burner is great (I'd have to rely on my charcoal grill). One thought: I might wrap a brick in foil and use it like a panini press. But...HOW DO YOU STAY so SLENDER??? You must have the metabolism of a hummingbird. (:

ok do you have shrinking glasses on? Because I am as plump as any samy I have made in a while... My husband who is 6'1" and 194 lbs gets to eat everything I make:((( for me:(((Oh yeah about the shrinking glasses my Hubby's in the maket for new glasses... Money is no object......LOL
