I agree. People are just misinformed. I too believe that people are over medicated, but it doesn't mean that I don't use medicine when I'm sick. A friend of mine died of an asthma attack. He had been treated for it since he was a kid. You just can't prevent everything, and it's a shame that people are blaming the parents for their children's health issues. If Jett wasn't treated for his condition, he would have died a long time ago.

$cientology is a money/ufo cult started by a bad scifi writter. They are best known for their bizzar Alien mythology and abusing their critics via the "fair game" policy. Google "operation freak out" for more info on fair game.

"scientology prevented the medicine" .. who told u that? I studied some books about ita nda that's not true. U should informe yourslef before talking.

I think this is bullshit. Do u know Scientology? Did u study it? I don't know much about it but I don't talk about thinks that I don't know and I hate who do that. U should informe yourself before u point the finger against someone!!

I'm glad that you get it, cause I sure don't lol. When I've lost friends and family I've done everything in my power to try and keep busy so that I don't lose my everloving mind, but these traditions do comfort people.

Bringing food to a family in mourning is actually from Jewish tradition, although it's now practiced by all faiths. Shivah (a 7 day mourning period) rules are pretty exact and because work would interfere with proper reflection it was traditional for neighbours to bring food to the mourning family. The first meal used to consist of only round foods, like hard boiled eggs, to symboloze the circle of life. The mourners also used to return the dishes with clean water in them to return the favour.

i see :) thanx for explaining that for me and anybody else who was wondering. it's great the support people have been giving the family. and you're right. i havent really experienced this kind of trauma personally. best wishes to you and your loved ones too! thanx
Had they actually gotten proper medical treatment for their son's condition he might have lived. Scientology like many religions can cause people to make very poor decisions and sometimes those decisions kill the ones they love.
