Go full gallop and jump over the apple barrells to reset your ram's stamina, there are 3 barrels to look out for.
You have to get pretty close to the apple barrells, jumping over it is best. You can also skip the middle (second) barrell for a more direct route to save time which will help you with doing the daily.

man i kept thinking it was that goblin that gives you that quest half way to razor thankyou alot for this it really helped i got so frusterated with it :D

OMG I thought i was going crazy, I kept going back and forth to Razor hill and back and NOTHING! URGG I should've googled it sooner! Where was QC on this? They need to change the wording of the quest!

Putting Raid Markers on the NPCs in question (including a grunt near the first barrel, BEFORE you pick up the quest,) was very helpful for me, so was this video.

I don't understand.... I remember the quest from last year... and the stranded goblin was actually *on* the road to razor hill. This year, it says the same thing, except that goblin is nowhere NEAR the road to razor hill.
