is there a way to unlock the letters Q & A in the bold, I cant assign a fast call for A , cuz it is defaulted to lock the screeng in the bold. letter Q changes the vibrate ,sound mode. HELP !!

The way I did it was to go to BlackBerry's website using the link provided to me by my network provider, and logged in using my BlackBerry credentials. This is is the same place where you go when you have to configure your email accounts which you want to setup with your BlackBerry so that you can send and receive emails from your BlackBerry device.
Anyway, in the signature text box there was a line saying "Sent from my BlackBerry". I just removed that line and updated the account.

hey guys hope sum1 can help me :(( ..i already follow d instruction on how to setup WIFI on my BB. but still i cant connect to the web. it always says UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. IF THE PROBLEM PERSIST PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER!..
