Sorry Alex, but representative democracy (republic) doesn't operate that way (citizens to demand they do something)! In republic you vote for a representative, and when in office, he does the decisions.

Alex, you are now trying to use DIRECT democracy, where people directly say their opinions of some certain matter.

I thought you Alex were against direct democracy and pro representative democracy (republic).
