The first car I ever owned was a red, 1962, automatic F-85. My great grandmother owned the car until 1978 when she gave it to me. It had 32,000 miles on it. Her husband and then son owned Rupert Chevrolet in Tyrone PA from 1919 until the mid-1980's. The car was in mint condition and drove beautifully. It never got good gas milage, but the aluminum block V-8 engine had plenty of power. They just don't make cars like that anymore.

Very nice
Be sure to check the ball joints, they had a high failure rate

So perfect. This is exactly the kind of car I'm looking for. Manual, four-door F-85 in good driveable condition.
